Highlight Options at the main menu and enter the following (you should hear a sound if entered correctly)
All Cheats: Hold Right + L2 and press Triangle, Triangle, Circle, Triangle (go to options and you should see a cheat menu)
Max All Stats: Hold Right + L1 and press Triangle, Triangle, Circle, Triangle
All Boards: Hold Left + L2 and press Triangle, Triangle, Circle, Triangle
Secret Boarders (only two Rooftop and Another guy): Hold left + L1 and press Triangle, Triangle, circle, Triangle
All Movies: Hold Left + R1 and press Triangle, Triangle, Circle, Triangle
